All parts after thirty-(30) days are covered only by the Manufacturer Warranty. Manufacturer warranties vary and are included with your product and should be reviewed carefully for additional information. Hyperformance provides a 30-day guarantee on the workmanship of products. After 30 days, any defect in the product must be addressed directly with the manufacturer. Please review the manufacturer information you receive with your new product to learn more about the manufacturer warranty.

All parts are intends to be install by professional; all warranty will be void if customers attempt to make the installation themselves. All warranty will be void if the defect was caused by customer's abuse, negligence, misuse or mishandling.

If your product becomes defective within the first thirty- (30) days of the invoice date, you may return it for a Refund or exchange. All non-defective returns are subject to a minimum 20% of restocking fee. Before returning any item, you must contact our returns department (866-758-9164) within thirty days of your invoice and we will provide you with return instructions and a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, the RMA no. are only good for 12 days from the day of issue. Hyperformance will only offer a refund on unopened items. Defective items may be returned for a same-item exchange or refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
